What they needed. One small team running a café, a campsite and an event venue, with bookings, tickets, the till and the pay run all needing to work together.

How we delivered it. We built their website and the custom tools behind it: campsite booking, event ticketing and payroll. Possi, a point of sale for iPad, runs the till, and staff send requests from it by voice or text so we can ship fixes every week. Email goes out through Hatched Send.

What they needed. A café, restaurant and campsite needed one till for the counter, the floor and the kitchen, that would keep up as the way they work changes.

How we delivered it. Possi, a point of sale for iPad with table service, kitchen screens, Xero and card payments. Staff tell Possi what gets in the way, and we ship the fix: 105 live updates since July.

What they needed. Tradies were spending their evenings on quotes, invoices and chasing payments, with the details of every job scattered across notebooks, texts and spreadsheets.

How we delivered it. A full software product, from the brand and website to the apps for desk, iPhone and Android. Quoting, jobs, scheduling and invoicing are in one system, Stripe handles card payments, Xero receives the invoices, and credentials are encrypted. Email goes out through Hatched Send.

What they needed. Each trip has its own dates, places and group sizes, and booking had to fit the way the trips run.
